We can assist you in transferring your FOBO account and all your registered sensors to a new email address. To ensure a smooth transition, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Provide your account details
Please reply directly to this ticket/email with the following information:
- Current/Old Email Address: (The one currently registered with FOBO)
- New Email Address: (The one you wish to use moving forward)
Step 2: Register your new account
If you haven't already, please create a new account in the FOBO TPMS App using your New Email Address:
- Open the FOBO TPMS app.
- Select "Sign Up" or "Register".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your new email through the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
Important Notes:
- Verification: Please ensure the new email address is active and verified before we proceed with the transfer.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your details and confirm the new account is ready, our support team will update your records within 1-3 working days.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email from us once the transfer is complete.
